We collect what we need to sell you eSIMs and keep them running, share it only with the services that make that possible, and never sell it.
1.Who we are
haxzu is a trading name of AMM Ventures, LLC, which is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at arya@haxzu.io.
2.What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name, from the sign-in service we use (WorkOS).
- Orders and payments: what you bought, when, and what you paid. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
- eSIM details: the identifiers of your eSIMs (such as the ICCID and activation code), phone numbers issued with a plan, plan status and expiry.
- Usage: data use, remaining credit and connection status reported by our eSIM providers, so we can show them in your client portal.
- Your choices: for example how you plan to use Lighthouse credit, renewal settings and trip plans.
- Device check: if you enter an IMEI in our compatibility check, it's sent to our server only to look up your phone model (and, where enabled, to a checking service for a lost-or-stolen check). We don't store it. An EID you enter is checked in your browser and never sent to us.
- Messages: emails you send to support and our replies.
- Technical data: basic request logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting, and your approximate country, used to suggest plans.
- Site analytics: which pages are visited, how visitors found us (the referring site, or the partner link they followed, such as
?ref=) and whether a visit led to a sign-up or purchase. We keep a random visitor id in your browser for this, and we use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies.
3.How we use it
- to create your account and sign you in;
- to take payment, issue your eSIMs, renew plans you've asked us to renew, and show your usage;
- to send service emails, such as your eSIM, receipts, renewal reminders and important notices;
- to provide support and investigate problems;
- to understand how the site is used and credit the partners who refer customers;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.
5.International transfers
Our providers operate in the United States and other countries, including the countries whose networks your eSIMs use. Your information may be processed there, under the providers' own safeguards.
6.How long we keep it
We keep account, order and eSIM records while your account is open and for as long afterwards as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons, generally up to 7 years for payment records. Usage figures are kept while the eSIM is in service. Support emails are kept for as long as they're useful for helping you.
7.Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have further rights under local law. Email arya@haxzu.io and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records after a deletion request where the law requires it.
8.Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls, and we keep install details private to your account. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
10.Children
Our service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11.Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new date, and email you about significant ones. See also our Terms of Service.
